She was sitting in her class. A lecture on Computer Networks was going on. The lecturer sounded as unclear
as he would always do. He might be having good knowledge about the subject, but
definitely lacked the skills to deliver it efficiently. But yes, she couldn’t
even expect anything better at the place where she was because she had cleared the
entrance exam well enough not to get into any good institute. She was getting
bored as usual; and eventually she went to another world, the world where she thought that she could have got something better.
While thinking about this, all the memories flashed into her mind and she missed him again…
She had him to play almost every crucial role in her life. He had taught her right since when she was a kid to when she went to school
and then to high school. He was someone she would rush to get her all the
questions answered. She had spent hours with him talking about any random topic. He
was the one she’d rely on the most, he was the only person she would listen to. But,
he is not here anymore. He left her and went away somewhere he can never come
back from. In the lecture when she was hearing her mentor’s voice, she tried
recalling his. But unfortunately, she could not…
Our loved ones leave us in the middle of our life, at a
point where we feel like there’s nothing left to live for, only with some of
their random memories. But even the memories fade as the time passes by. There’s
nothing permanent here, moments pass, you can't carry them. The way you cannot hold the time, you can’t take the moments along with you forever. At some point
you have to move on, no matter what and if you refuse to do it, the time will
make the amends for it anyway!
